Why I do this work

For years I have worked with women going through painful relationship doubts, high-conflict divorces and major life transitions. Again and again I saw intelligent, capable women become exhausted because their help was fragmented: one specialist looked only at childhood wounds, another looked only at legal paragraphs, and friends gave contradictory advice. Nobody was holding the whole picture with her.

Law & human rights background

I am a lawyer and assistant attorney working in family law. I hold a degree in law and a Master’s degree in International Human Rights Protection. My legal background allows me to see how everyday emotional decisions, messages and agreements can affect a woman’s long-term safety, children and legal position.

Understanding coercive control & high conflict

Beyond legal logic, I specialise in analysing relationship patterns, manipulation, coercive control and high-conflict family dynamics. I help women see the system behind isolated incidents — and regain trust in their own perception when they have spent years feeling blamed for everything.

“Mūza namuose” & public voice

I founded the platform “Mūza namuose”, followed by more than 23,000 people, and speak publicly at lectures and trainings about relationships, coercive control, high-conflict divorce and the subtle patterns of abuse that sometimes go unnoticed even by specialists.

My promise to you

I will not tell you whether you must stay or divorce. My role is to help you untangle the chaos so you can see your reality clearly, protect yourself and your children, and build a new chapter of life that no longer revolves around crisis.
