How I work

How I untangle a complex situation

When you live in ongoing tension, every conversation can end in confusion and self-doubt. My process moves step by step: Chaos → Clarity → Strategy → Action → New Life Model.

01 · Map the whole picture, not just the latest argument

A single fight never explains a relationship. We look at what happens before and after a conflict, what happens when you say “no”, set a boundary or try to make an independent decision, and how your partner’s reactions affect your daily freedom, your children and your peace of mind.

02 · Separate facts, fear and responsibility

Take a conversation that left you feeling guilty and paralysed. Together we separate: what was actually said and done (facts), what you were afraid would happen next (fear), and what was genuinely your decision versus someone else’s behaviour (responsibility vs. guilt).

03 · Evaluate scenarios and build a strategy

Instead of guessing in the dark, we lay out your realistic options. What would each choice mean for the children, housing, finances, communication and family law? What needs action this week, what requires more information, and what does not need to be decided today?

04 · Manage communication and take steady action

High-conflict situations drain your energy through constant messages and provocations. We build clear rules for how you communicate, test concrete steps between our weekly sessions, and coordinate legal or psychological support so all your specialists pull in the same direction.

Case study: After 9 years of marriage

A woman came to me after nine years of marriage — exhausted, walking on eggshells and convinced everything was her fault. We did not start with “should you divorce?”. We started by untangling the recurring patterns, her boundaries of responsibility and the real consequences of her options. Once the fog lifted, she made her own decision, completed the divorce peacefully, and later said that ongoing strategic support was what helped her survive the moments of panic and step into a new life.
